目前,根据http://hemberg-lab.github.io/scRNA.seq.course/index.html 的课程,慢慢学习单细胞测序中,会一边学习一遍更新笔记。迫不及待的同学可以自己看英文学习,有耐心的同学可以等我的文章更新。
首先安装课程需要的R包,当然你可以选择现在安装,也可以选择用到的时候再安装。
