Apart from this , Guo Guangchang will leave himself a little time every day, even if there is five minutes, that’s enough for him. Within five minutes, he will sit down with his legs crossing and begin his meditation, relax himself, or go to practice Taichi.

"In short, make room for yourself to think, to listen, to see, and to learn, especially listen to your competitors and your customers’ suggestions. Of course, sometimes the customer's opinion is not always right, so it is necessary to analyze the customer's individual cases and combine it with the data, which is also a way of learning."

On the study inside Fosun's, Guo Guangchang emphasizes on the "case study". As far as Guo Guangchang's concerned, it is no longer a suitable approach for the traditional business schools to search for the successful enterprises, organize teams to do research on and write cases, and then teach students all these things" In a very fast development of era, when the professor writes the case of the enterprise, this enterprise is not the original enterprise.".

He advocates paying attention to living business cases. Fosun has taken every investment decision of the company as an important part of the case study. Because of this, he changes his habit of going out on business. In the past he was on business negotiations alone, but now he feels that it gives you a chance to learn from others with a few more people.

"How do you think of the problem, how to negotiate with others, and how do others think of the problem, all of which is also a method of learning". Besides, Fosun will review the business case, sharing with others in the weekly morning class, during lunch and dinner time, or that training programs internally. What Guo Guangchang lays stress on is learning from working.

Guo Guangchang said, "I think the happiest thing in our lives is that we are born in a rapidly changing era.". In this changeable era, there are so many actors in the show. 郭广昌：我是如何学习的

复星集团董事长郭广昌在个人微信公号“广昌看世界”上，介绍了复星内部的学习机制，以及他自己如何学习。

郭广昌的学习方法，首先是去看和了解不同的人与事。复星大量的投资项目和潜在投资项目给了他这个机会。郭广昌说，很多人会问他，做产业运营、整合与投资，每个项目都要去看，去跟团队交流，累不累？他的回答是，这其实正是他的学习方式，“你看到了不同的人、认识不同的事物、了解不同的想法，这些都是学习。”

看到这些林林总总的人与事之后，更重要的是，去思考别人说的事的逻辑是什么？没说出来的事和逻辑又是什么？“逻辑非常重要。并不是每个人心里想什么就能说什么、表达好。这不能怪他，因为背后会有商业敏感性的问题；但没听懂，那就是你自己的问题。如果说真的没有听懂，那肯定坚持去听，还要去悟。”

除此之外，郭广昌每天会给自己留下一点什么都不想的时间，哪怕只有五分钟。这五分钟时间，他会静下来盘腿冥想，放空自己，或者去练习太极。

“总之，一定要给自己留下空间去思考、去听、去看、去学习。尤其是要去倾听竞争对手的想法、倾听客户的意见。当然有时候客户的意见并不见得一定是对的，所以要去分析，能把客户的个别案例和数据相结合，这也是学习。”

复星内部的学习，郭广昌强调的是“案例学习”。在郭广昌看来，传统商学院发现成功企业，组织团队研究和写作案例，然后再教给学员，这种方式已经不再适合今天。“时代发展太快，当教授把企业的案例写好，这个企业已经不是当初的那个企业了”。

他提倡要关注活生生的商业案例。复星把公司的每一次投资决策都当成案例学习的重要部分。为此，他改变了自己的出差习惯。以往他都是一个人出差去谈判，现在，他觉得，多带几个人，其实也是给大家一个共同学习的机会，“你对这个问题怎么看、怎么谈的，别人又是怎么看的，这些都是学习”。除此之外，复星还会把商业案例复盘，在内部有每周晨课、午餐和晚餐的分享、培训计划等。郭广昌一直强调的是，在工作中学习。

郭广昌说：“我觉得，我们这辈子最幸福的事情是生在了一个迅速变化的时代。在这个变化的时代里，有那么多演员在演出，更何况我们还坐在前排，可以看得很清楚，可以向他们学习。所以我们要享受这个时代，享受这种生活，享受我们可以不断去学习、进步。”
