I seriously messed things up in my attempt to rebase. I figure for a single file change, it was going to be easier just to delete my fork, re-fork, add the file, and reopen a pull request. That is what I have done.

Don't mind me, I'll be in the corner, facing the wall, wearing the git cone hat of shame

I prefer the wording of the original document, as it sounds more professional and grandiose (and more in line with the other swift project overall wording) but it does add more information

Thank you for working on this! I want to reflect on these changes a bit, especially as the first few reviews progress, to see how we can make this clearer.
