运用 runtime 和 category 自定义UIButton 的 image 和title 位置。

1. 可以直接输入imageRect和titleRect 指定位置。
2. 设置 buttonStyle 定义样式，不需在计算 image和title 位置。
3. imageRect 和 titleRect 优先级高于 buttonStyle。 设置前者之后，后者定义无效。
