You will need to make sure you add the submodules, either clone the repo with --recursive

or clone it normally and update the submodules

You will need Android OpenCV 2.3.1, at present (maybe/probably forever) it does not work with the newer versions.

Also, currently it has your home directory as the location of OpenCV - not perfect.

If you're in bash run ./scripts/build.sh

which will call the NDK (which is also assumed to be in the home directory).
