一个基于Handler + ViewPaper实现的图片轮播器,能自定义指示器,能自定义是否轮播、是否循环等.

- 支持设置是否轮播
- 支持设置是否循环

- 支持设置轮播间隔时间
- 支持onClick监听事件
- v1.0.1 基于Rxjava + ViewPager实现图片轮播；
- v1.0.2 改版成基于Handler + ViewPager实现图片轮播（Rxjava存在内存泄漏问题，放弃Rxjava定时轮播功能），修复只有一张轮播图时item Onclick Bug。
